Chelsea FC plot to block Victor Moses from friendly games


Chelsea attacker Victor Moses might pull out of Nigeria’s international friendly games against Senegal and Burkina Faso this weekend, despite featuring for Chelsea in their hard fought 2-1 win over Stoke City last weekend.

Moses who picked up a calf problem in their 1-0 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup last Monday and was set to miss three weeks of action but surprisingly started the game against Stoke at the Britania Stadium.

Chelsea has confirmed the injury and has also reportedly informed the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), but the player is yet to officially pull out of the friendly games.

The Super Eagles play Senegal on March 23 and Burkina Faso four days later, both games will be held at the Hive Stadium in London.
